We are Women Period!

I found a woman who is just like me, filled with passion and zeal to do good, one who strives to work with a fellow woman, Period! Trine Angeline Sig. When two women from two different Geographical Locations and backgrounds agree to work together even if they have never met, they have agreed to set aside their difference and bring change and hope to young girls across the globe.

We are the menstruation women, fighting for the silenced voices of our girls, our hearts beat together with our girls' as they call for free menstrual material.  One year has passed and our bond has strengthened because we understood one thing about life, and that is we are women Period! No more race, no more country of origin, no more background history and no more financial status its just women working together for the greater good. Our girls come first, their education matters more than who we choose to work with based on what they offer or where they are from, we work together because we are Women, Period! Women who have to build an understanding that we all share in the natural experience of menstruation, this makes us one.

We would like to see many women across the globe emulate our working relationship, uniting nations, and communities toward one common goal that is to end period poverty. We are two women who have never met yet are winning awards together. Women have the power to bond and build something so great regardless of their differences. We are the love that is what we have always been, Women, Period!
