The Visibility Series For Women Leaders Initiative

Women have always been one of the strongest pillars to the peace, stability, progress and development to every society, yet majorly remain hidden and invisible despite all their accomplishments. Visibility remains one of core challenges to women’s inclusion in every space especially in leadership and politics.

Hence in today’s realities, we must learn to blow our own horns, not only because everyone else is busy blowing theirs, but because it is long overdue.

At Sheroes Rising for Development Initiative, we believe that it is imperative for women leaders to take the initiative and effort to make themselves visible through regular intentional and conscious efforts and dominate media spaces through visibility campaigns and branding.

At Sheroes, we believe when women put themselves out there to be visible, seen and noticed; it not only showcase their expertise, professionalism, perspectives, achievements and value to a broader audience but also to serve as relatable role models for others.

This is why Sheroes Rising For Development Initiative designed a visibility package for women leaders that will dominate both traditional and new media spaces for a period of 12 months.

Every month, the VSWL shall feature one woman leader over a period of 4 weeks across various media platforms with different activities.

The objective of the VSWL is to ensure women leaders get the visibility and recognition they deserve, bring us closer to shattering all glass ceilings to ensure our achieving SDG5.

The packages are classed into different categories with each priced commensurate to the value it provides.
