#strongertogether Announcing the Next Chapter of The Thrive Tribe (TTT)
Building on the success of our 2023–24 online pilot for trafficking survivors, Liluye and Female Returned Migrants Network (FREMNET) are launching a condensed, in-person intensive for survivor leaders in Nigeria.
This collaboration brings together:
Chylian Ify Azuh, FREMNET Founder and former TTT participant, now leading the program
@Monica Griffin, COO of Liluye
@Emma Lees, former TTT Cohort #1 facilitator
• Two additional World Pulse members supporting delivery
Why This Matters
Survivor leaders often carry the emotional weight of supporting others while their own mental health needs go unmet. Burnout and unresolved trauma can limit impact. TTT exists to change that. This one month, in-person intensive will support 20 survivor leaders in Ikorodu, Nigeria, equipping them with self-awareness, resilience, and leadership tools to overcome personal barriers and amplify their impact.
Program Overview
TTT blends psychosocial support and practical self-development through three modules:
Module 1: Cultivating Self-Compassion and Acceptance
Daily practices to nurture emotional well-being.
Module 2: Strengthening Self-Trust and Awareness
Exploring values, patterns, and cycles of self-sabotage using a proven reflective tool.
Module 3: Overcoming Inner Barriers
Shifting inner criticism, fears, and limiting beliefs with actionable strategies.
Beyond the Training we will have certain important sessions
Featuring Survivor’s Voices sharing their journeys of resilience and leadership.
A Supportive Community Space
Guided reflection and connection via WhatsApp or Zoom.
Celebrating Transformation
Participants will share their breakthroughs and community action plans through creative expression.
Creating a Ripple Effect
We aim to empower 20 leaders, each sharing their learning with at least 10 others reaching 100–200 additional survivors. Through 60+ partner organizations, this impact will extend across Africa and Asia.
By strengthening survivor leaders, we foster sustainable, community-driven change.
Measuring Growth & Impact
Participants will define personal milestones and engage in regular check-ins to track growth and guide future refinement of TTT.
Together, we are shaping a future where healing fuels leadership and leadership fuels lasting change.
