Small Voice Bigger Change

A Small Voice, A Bigger Change

In my community, I have seen women and girls suffer in silence because they are afraid to speak about domestic violence, harassment, and discrimination. Many know that laws exist to protect them, but they often do not know where to seek help or cannot access justice.

This reality motivated me to raise my voice through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Assembly. As Minister of Population Welfare, I prepared a proposal to strengthen the implementation of the Domestic Violence Act 2021 and called for dedicated support and legal protection for victims.

My proposal is not only about a law—it is about giving women the confidence to live safely, seek justice, and participate equally in society. I believe meaningful change begins when one person decides to speak up, and I want my voice to become part of that change.
