Signing a cooperation protocol with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Early this morning, a joint cooperation protocol was signed between Kaizen Academy for Training and Human Development and the Arab African Council for Integration and Development, an advisory body to the United Nations Economic and Social Council, with the aim of strengthening training programs, capacity building, and professional development for youth, graduates, employees, and women.

The protocol aims to implement specialized training programs that contribute to developing professional and life skills in line with modern labor market requirements, while enhancing opportunities for success and community empowerment.

The cooperation includes organizing training courses and workshops in several fields, most notably:

Family counseling

Achieving dreams and goal setting

Sales and marketing skills for companies

Secrets of success and self-development

Communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making

Women’s leadership and empowerment skills

How to succeed in professional life

Among the trainers participating in this initiative is Sudanese journalist and trainer Nadra Almahdi, who will contribute her expertise in media, development, and women and youth empowerment through the upcoming training programs.

Both parties emphasized that this partnership represents an important step toward promoting a culture of continuous training and development, and preparing qualified cadres capable of creating positive change and achieving professional and social success across Arab and African societies.
