Redefining the Identity of a queen is a business program designed to empower women with new ideas ,how to navigate a competitive marketplace without attaching failures as who theyre .The program is designed to collaborate women entrepreneurs from as young as 16 years to 65 years ,strengthen networking and unleash the potential within .Our mission is talent finding in high schools ,orphanages even in the community identifying ladies who have been silenced through trauma or background but who still believe they have what it takes to shift the industry in Zambia and even globally .Our first Event will be hosted on the 27th of March where atleast 20women have registered and will be equipped with knowledge on how to start a cosmetic business,how to enter into agriculture amd importation from other countries.By the end of 2026 our goal is to have reached 100 women who are goal oriented ,not shaken by adversity and challenges in business and have the ability to grow regardless of their various responsibilities this AQand EQ .We are expecting that a network will be designed that will help uplift each other financially and emotionally .
