It might seem like I like to write about my experience on World Pulse, honestly you can't blame me for always sharing World Pulse
It is the first digital platform that doesn't feel virtual at all.
I am meeting people on the platform that are exactly what they claim to be on the platform, proving that this is not just another social media platform that promotes phoniness.
One such person is Isaac Adeyemo. When I first joined World Pulse and introduced myself, he was one of the people who welcomed me and commented nicely on my post. He then sent me a direct message and asked about the status of my foundation, thematic areas and our activities so far.
Now that's a topic I love talking about so we ended up discussing vulnerable children and our efforts in our societies. We exchanged numbers and took our discussion from World Pulse to WhatsApp and phone calls.
Within a few weeks, he was helping me identify structural deficits in my operations and most importantly, he was teaching me how to fix it.
If you started running a foundation by chance like me, you would know how unstructured things can be initially. Isaac Adeyemo has been helpful in helping me to develop policies that align with global practice and he also encouraged me to apply for my first grant, a sub grant.
Without his support, I probably would never apply out of my own belief that I need to be bigger to dare.
I am grateful for coming across World Pulse advert on face book and meeting wonderful people who have indeed impacted me for good, the first of which is Isaac Adeyemo of Mordecai Care Foundation of Nigeria who eventually connected me to Global Mama Busayo Obisakin the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Women Inspiration Development Center
