Since my dear Karen/Jill are not allowed for nominations I need to replace them.  For Encourager Award I want to nominate Lisbeth, i don't know much about her but the way she encourage me and the other members she's a nice person. She have a big heart and willing to lift you up.  In sisterhood award, i want to nominate Paulina Nayra from Philippines. I can look to her like a big sister to me even i don't know her much yet. I can connect with her the way she responded to my story, it's really mean for me.
