Before "Pulse! Never Stop Dreaming", our journey began with “Building Excellence with Purpose,” a leadership circuit launched in Minas Gerais, Brazil. There, we developed and validated our mentorship program with college students, focusing on human development, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership.Building on these foundations, we are now expanding to Rio de Janeiro, reaching new territories and engaging more diverse audiences. This transition marks an important step in evolving from a localized initiative into a broader, scalable movement, connecting different communities while maintaining our core mission of education, purpose, and social impact.
