Dear Team of Great women leaders, Pandemic came and it changed the method of doing work. I used to travel quiet a lot to different industries to guide industries, taking classes for them. Guiding in documentations and so on. Currently there is no travel. All work is happening through video platforms. Travel is highly restricted. In this pandemic situation, we should be able to reach out to women leader and entrepreneurs using this online platform. Lot of women lost their job. Domestic care workers jobs are also threatened. HR jobs, hospitality and tourism related jobs, manufacturing of non-essential goods and services. These jobs are affected highly. We need to find a solution on how to engage and empower women.
