Introducing myself and my journal: INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN

About Me:
I am happy to introduce my self as Ms. K. Baby Rani, and I born in Alapadu village of Tsundur Mandal, Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India from a DALIT COMMUNITY and I did my B.com graduation at Repalle in 1992. After completion of my education, I was joined in social work and got good experience. After that, I was established an organization named WOMENS ACTION FOR NATIONAL INTEGRATION (WANI)along with 8 committed women members who really sufferers and eliminated by the society and it was registered in 1994 for sustainable development of un developed women in the marginalized community in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. I was attended to various social events at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Orissa, on Project Management, Women Rights, Account management, Elimination of Child LABOUR SYSTEM, Community empowerment and other related subjects to the development of women. At present, we have formed as NET-WORK with small women NGOs who are working and fighting for women rights in the society. Our member partner NGOs working together and putting their efforts with collectively for protection of women and young girls in the society with out defending on others. WANI is main goal is women protection.
