Seeking
Encouragement

In the silence of nature, the soul finds its strength.
Assalamualaikum,
I am Rimsha Saeed, a humble servant of Allah. I do not divide people by religion — whether someone is Muslim, Christian, Hindu, or Jewish — because unity and respect are values taught in Islam. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ emphasized maintaining harmony and allowing every person the freedom of their faith. I will never question someone’s religion or judge them for their beliefs. With the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, I begin this journey.
I am from Pakistan, a student, and someone who was searching for meaningful platforms to share thoughts and raise awareness. When I found this space, I felt grateful and honored to be accepted. I am new, but I am determined to give my best.
Today, I want to speak about something deeply important: our inner mental health.
In today’s world, anxiety and depression are discussed more than ever. Young and old alike are struggling. Many people search for peace in money, status, or even harmful escapes like drugs — but still they do not find true calm. Wealth may fill a house, but it cannot always fill the heart.
We must not allow every opinion or harsh word to control our emotions. Not everything people say defines who we are. We have our own lives to live. Life is a blessing from Allah, and it should be lived with good actions, strong faith, and hope for success in both this world and the Hereafter.
Why is stress so common? Why is society under such mental pressure? Sometimes parents unintentionally become a source of stress for their children. Children need time, understanding, and motivation — not only expectations. Schools should teach character and emotional strength alongside academics. Homes should be places of safety, not fear.
Drugs are never the solution. They may give temporary relief, but they destroy health, peace, and future stability. True peace does not come from substances; it comes from inner strength, self-control, faith, and reflection. If you seek calmness, step away from noise, reflect deeply, connect with nature, and reconnect with your purpose.
Failures happen. Rejections happen. But effort always carries value. Hard work eventually brings results. Every human being is born good, but sometimes society pushes people into darkness. A kind heart can break if constantly hurt — and a broken heart can turn bitter. That is why we must protect our inner peace and never allow others to steal our worth.
My mission is to listen. If you have problems, struggles, or silent pain, you are not alone. I am here to listen, to write, to support, and to try my best to help find solutions. Do not be afraid. Every voice deserves to be heard. Every heart deserves healing.
JazakAllah.
