Gender Harmony International Conference 2023

The Born of Gender Harmony was started in World Pulse!

Gender Harmony born in 2010, formality by the Ministry of Women Empowerment Republic of Indonesia. Before it I shared the word within World pulse community and during Seminar at Salzburg attended by abt 65 countries. Ppl liked the word - it sounds: peace!

Now Gender Harmony (GH) has published 8 books with long journey to the global world at CSW/ NGO United Nations at New York (3x) and UNHRC in Geneva (1x) while in country we have a lots of Seminar, trainings n TOT. The latest GHIC 2023 is attached as photo background.

This year 2024 we hv program: Women of Harmony (WOH) for accelerating women as the suitable helper; together wt men in gender partnership to prevent gender based violence mostly in family life;

The 9th GH book series: Gender Harminy Mariage is planed to be published by end 2024/ early 2025. It wd be continued by Seminar WOH that gender equality is suitable partners in religuous term. We already have GH tools; Harmony Comunicative Action, Family Handlng Crisis; Prevention of Gender Based Violence; Gender Family Resilience, Family Livelihood Skills; Gender Worldview; Gender Partnership; Gender Transformation; etc. One of important GH findings; men’s legitimation crises due to Patriarchy culture that mostly become the biggest cause of Violence in family life.

GH had found the cause of GBV in 2008 (UI; Surjadi Erna) n can reduce 56% cases. That’s why GH wd spread GH tools through WOH and also Spouse of Peace & Harmony ( yes it wd cover men’s empowerment - as GH started the Gender Empowerment conference in 2012 - ICGem 2012 in Jakarta which involved 14 countries)

Let’s get zero tolerance on violence against women n girls - build Gender Harmony Marriage for living in Peace & Harmony! The Seminar for public is scheduled in 2025; while trainings & Training for Trainers (TOT) wd be performed afterwards till 2026. 2026 we gn conducted GH International Conference 2026 - interested parties ar welcome. [we have received participants interest fom 2 countries already]

GH in Indonesia has: Public Policy Forum abt 120 ppl; Elderly group LDH abt 70 members and GH Club in FB abt 90 members
