Congolese refugee

     Well I'll contribute about my refugee live again , people judge refugees living in uganda wrongly especially the citizens . we are taken in the negative way ,especially the Congolese because the Somalis are known of having money. Most of the time's when things go wrong we are pointed at .

     At times I feel like educating them, that we had a better life before becoming refugees , I remember one time someone went to my neighborhood garden and got some cassava leave's because most use it as source , when the owner asked who could do such a thing without her permission I was pointed at in my presence , I lucked words to defend my self , yet I was just arriving from town , I tried but who could beleive me ? Another incident was when a chicken was lost , I was the first suspect , my children were accused before reaching me ,Imagine my son who was eight by then asked me why are we Congolese? Because of the teasing he gets at school , he further asked if it was possible to change from being a Congolese.

   All in all , No one wishes to become a refugee , if it wasn't for our greedy leaders who don't think of others we would be settled in our country like they are , the world rotates to day its me and tomorrow it might be them. So stop mistreating refugees especially those who don't have , we go through a lot of trauma and mistreat is the last thing we can get used to.
