It took years and a real awakening to realize that the real problem is never my situation but how I'd learned to respond to it. What I'd been trained—silently, slowly—to believe that I could not change my life.

If you are interested in knowing and learning how to break the barrier, I train and support in self-awareness, growth and leadership. I am based in Nairobi but we do community workshops and trainings, especially for marginalized groups within the communities, through economic empowerment programs, but it always starts with a mindset shift.
