It’s one thing to instill good skills in teenagers, yet another to create an ambiance where they can comfortably share, confide in you, and look up to you for guidance.
Beyond creating impact, I deeply value building genuine rapport with my scholars. It helps affirm identity beyond books and theory we get practical, we laugh through it, and we walk the journey together.
