Earlier, as Project Manager at Sunrise Foundation Ireland, she managed health and education projects for children from impoverished diabetic families, many of whom had experienced trauma. She also collaborated with medical professionals to improve diabetes self-management by educating patients on using glucometers and understanding test results.
