Writing and Life In General

I was trying to write a simple poem for my Starfleet Alyeska novellas and it took me a few tries. We were trying to get ai to generate a Grandmother Willow coming out of the tree but gave up and just tried to do a willow tree in a flower meadow :p

The first attempt was not bad but I did not save it. Second time it tried it's best and that is all you can ask of anyone or anything, right?!

but it made me wish it could be less hard on the environment. I dont have the numbers but heard it takes so much power to generate these images for us that it makes me sad I played around with it so much before!

Now these stories would be told by a "story teller" who learned how to tell a good story from a previous story teller and so on down the line. I forget which part in the story she needs to encourage her crew and the first thing that pops into her head is this old poem of Hope and remembering you are connected strongly to Nature.

"Alyeska" in my language means the Great Land, which Alaska is. it is why they came in droves and steal so many billions of dollars of resources a year! yes, a year! it is why it is so hard to end the genocide, people benefit mightily from it!

Do you want gas for your car? then "drill, baby, drill" was the chant they said before when we tried to raise awareness to end it long ago... europe does not want to be overcrowded and pretends "americans" are not their own kin or that they carry the stain of genocide that does not wash off.

It is why I was so desperate to create these stories!!

I need to make people see US as real people. That even though we may not share it with you genocidal war profiteers we have wisdom, wit, intelligence and so on!

I mean, even when they (meaning non Alaska natives) posted stories supposedly in support of us, it was more a threat ~or a brag... they posted how Alaska Native woman are the most raped, then told the story of one lady who can not get justice even though they all know it happened... this is not supporting us but threatening us! but people do not want to see it... I said before it is a very palatable genocide! sweet upon your tongue as you tell yourself it is not THAT bad really...

I am not about hate, but I also believe it is choice. I believe it is my job to make you see us as actual People.

Force you to see us this way.

It is terrifying since I want to end their billions of dollars of theft a year from us... they would kill for a penny on the ground, so imagine what they are willing to do for the resources of half the world!!!!!!

It is partly why I hesitate to publish them... this story series should be a fun one that appeals to all sci fi fans. I believe it is "novelty" they seek and our culture is relatively unknown. I call this short story compilation "Unangax Explosion".

It is why I try so hard to make each word perfect and draw images or feelings from my beloved sci fi shows! Like the title is "Starfleet Alyeska" to bring to mind Star Trek! I know we need permission to use "Starfleet": in this context and did write to them but most likely will not hear back.

I think it will shock them, Alaskan Natives in charge of running the world... they wanted everyone to see us as "drunks" instead of vital and vibrant Peoples.

The story has charm, which I realize the first page may not show so much :p but please give feedback on what little you saw of it. It matters so much to me! It is my lifeline to saving my People! It means that much to me!

None of my work is about hate, yes I do talk of the genocide and how it ended, but that is not hate per say, that is history. The idea of the tv show is to bring us and europeans who i dislike intensely together in a collaborative effort. I mean, yes they play villains, but that can be fun! My idea for the tv show is to have each culture actors help choose the story and looks to fit their traditions. In the book they hug close their ancient traditions in an attempt to go back to a more natural lifestyle.

I call them the Evil 100, criminals who got put into pods as a sort of jail cell. They were stolen is all I will say for now!!

She is a "spin off" from my Bride of Sorrows series that is 1000 lives told in many media! I had planned to launch that with a trilogy of "horror" movies that were popular then: serial killer, supernatural, and zombie apocalypse! Could not raise the money so began planning a low budget werewolf movie that now that I am in Homer, I hope to do soon! I am very creative and it is a mission with me!
