Judith Okebe is a multidisciplinary Researcher, Counselor, Social Worker, Corporate Marketer, Psychologist, and Development Practitioner with extensive experience working across humanitarian, public health, corporate, and community development sectors.

She has a strong background in research, monitoring & evaluation, counseling, community development, and corporate marketing, with hands-on experience collaborating with institutions such as UNICEF, KEMRI/CDC, County Government, and private sector organizations. Her work bridges data-driven research, human-centered program design, and results-oriented corporate engagement.


Judith is a certified Trainer and Facilitator on:

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response

Child protection and children’s rights

Sexual & reproductive health

Mental health and psychosocial support

Community employment and livelihood marketplaces

Youth and women economic empowerment.


She is the Founder and Director of Heha Kenya, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and orphaned children and families, particularly in high HIV/AIDS prevalence regions. Through Heha Kenya, she leads programs in education sponsorship, food security, mentorship, mental health, and protection of girls and women, while addressing systemic issues such as exploitation, poverty, and access to opportunity.


In addition to her social impact work, Judith brings corporate marketing and stakeholder engagement expertise, including account management, partnership development, training delivery, proposal writing, and strategic communications. She is skilled at translating research findings into actionable strategies for organizations, brands, and development programs.

Judith is open to research consultancy roles, training and facilitation opportunities, counseling and psychosocial projects, and corporate marketing or stakeholder engagement roles both locally and internationally. She is particularly interested in work that combines research, impact, innovation, and sustainable community solutions.
