When Questions Begin: My Perspective on Girls’ Lives

Hello everyone,

I am a new member of this community, and I am very happy to be here. I am deeply interested in women’s empowerment and equality.

From the age of 12, I began to notice the realities faced by girls in our country. They encounter challenges in many aspects of their lives and are often questioned simply for being themselves. These observations made me curious, and I started questioning these social expectations and their impact on girls’ freedom and identity.

Over time, I also became aware of women’s issues around the world through newspapers, television, and later through access to a smartphone. I continued reading, observing, feeling, questioning, and analyzing different perspectives, and this process is still ongoing. Sometimes my thoughts change, and sometimes they go deeper, helping me understand issues in a more meaningful way.

As my first contribution, I have written a report titled “Breaking the Pink Stereotype: Empowering Girls’ Choices.” I would truly appreciate it if you could take a moment to read it and share your thoughts.

Thank you 💛
