Update: Pathways to Financial Healing and Prosperity Financial Literacy Program

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share an update on our Pathways program that ended this week....

We're sad to see the end of our Pathways to Financial Healing and Prosperity online, survivor-led financial literacy program that consistently supported five participants this week, but are really excited to see the long-term impact, too. We built an amazing community and some long-lasting relationships.

One participant, Marianne Pazienza Thomas, PhD, said, “I'm really grateful for how this course approached money with both practicality and compassion. It covered the basics of finances while also making space to talk about healing from financial wounds—because for many people, money isn't just math, it's tied to survival, control, and recovery. Programs like this remind me that real financial empowerment starts with dignity and understanding.”

Special shout out to the two program facilitators, Liz Rabago and Monica Griffin (Liluye COO) for sharing their time, facilitating, supporting, and running this impactful and sometimes raw program.

We plan to have another cohort soon after we receive more funding so we can develop financial independence in many more survivors. Together, we can change futures and continue to create a better and safer world where all girls and women are safe, empowered, healed, and heard.

To learn more about our future programs, we encourage you to stay tuned to our newsletter and follow us on our Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn channels.
