TO ALL MOMS AROUND THE WORLD

HEY MOM/MAMA, THE SUN STILL SHINES SO AS YOU

hey, MOTHER, MAMA, MOM, MOMMA, MOMMY!

Mom to be, Single Mom, Married Mom, Divorced Mom

A Housewife

A Working Mom

preggy, with a child, without a child, adopted a child

Well..well..well.. Welcome to Motherhood!

FIRST AND FOREMOST I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT EVERYTHING’S GONNA BE FINE!

Just embrace everything and always believe that your journey is unique (even though sometimes you don’t understand anything anymore) from giving birth, changing diapers, sterilizing baby bottles & binky’s 24/7 day & night while slowly turning into a zombie sleepless beautiful woman lol 😂, waking up early to prepare breakfast for kids, sending kids to school, working, doing household chores —YOU GOT THIS MOM. YOU GOT THIS MAMA!

behind the cheerful and adorable little toddlers..

behind those beautiful neat dresses..

behind the healthy and cutie little ones..

there’s a Mom silently facing struggles —postpartum, depression, anxiety, sleep deprivation, stress and trauma (this matter is something that shouldn’t be neglected).

For those Moms whom just gave birth either normal delivery or caesarean delivery —give time for your womb and body to heal. Those stretchmarks were perfect, you don’t have to be shy because it’s pretty normal. Restore your energy. Make your day productive. Balance your health and your way of thinking —multitasking, time management and self care (financially, emotionally, physically, mentally & spiritually), just keep going and let go of the worry. Peace starts within ourselves —and when we found peace in our hearts, the calmness and energy will begin to flow in our body. We, The Mothers are the light bringers to our home. We nurture our children with love, respect and care (everytime we see their smiles and laughters, those sleepless nights and tired moments slowly begin to pass and fade —owh what a wonderful thing it is).

DEAR MOM, DEAR MAMA

thank you for standing up —for just simply not giving up. thank you for your unending care & support. thank you for trying your best everyday. thank you for your unconditional love to your child and husband.

To all the mothers who carry the weight of the world while still finding ways to love, nurture, and provide –you are extraordinary. The challenges may seem relentless, but your resilience and dedication make a difference every single day, even in ways you might not immediately see. Being a mother, a teacher, and a breadwinner all at once is no small feat, and yet you continue to show up with unwavering strength. Know that your sacrifices and hard work are shaping not only your children’s future but also inspiring other who witness your journey. When the days feel overwhelming, remind yourself that you are doing enough, and the love you pour into your family is powerful beyond measure. You are seen, you are appreciated, and you are never alone in this struggle.

-message from Mrs. Jenn

To struggling mothers, always know that you are doing a good job. Being a Mother is not easy. You will face challenges, struggles in life but just pray and ask for God’s guidance. It will pass and remember, ‘’There’s always a rainbow after the rain”.

-message from Mrs. Karen

Take a break when needed and relax take a deep breath —go get yourself pampered. Get your hair and makeup done. Attend yoga classes. Go for a walk, jog or do some exercise. Hit the gym to get your body back. Go outside get some fresh air, take your kids with you and create beautiful memories.
