To a collaborative, impactful, and purpose-driven 2026

Dear Colleagues and Partners,

Welcome to 2026. We extend our warmest greetings and sincere appreciation to you for being part of the Development Impact Pathfinders Initiative (Devimpath) journey. Over the years, Devimpath has grown from an idea into a bold, purpose-driven organization working at the intersection of gender equity, climate change resilience, and inclusive development.

Together with partners, collaborators, and communities, we have implemented impactful initiatives—from empowering rural women smallholder farmers with climate-resilient skills, to advancing gender-based violence prevention, adolescent girls’ empowerment, and contributing to policy advocacy at national and global levels.

For us at Devimpath, 2025 was a year of learning, consolidation, and visibility. 2026, however, is a year of action, scale, and strategic collaboration.

Our 2026 Action Focus

In 2026, Devimpath will be prioritizing:

1. Scaling climate action, spotlighting sustainability innovations and showcasing development impacts through our Sustainability Fair, Next-Gen Climate Advocates Fellowship and Impact Showcase Summit.
2. Expanding adolescent girls’ empowerment through the Conference of Girls (CoG)
3. Strengthening GBV prevention, survivor support, policy advocacy and amplifying of marginalized voices through the launch of The Gender Podium
4. Contribute to accelerating actions towards the achievement of the SDGs through our SDGs Localization Strategy Initiative for LGAs in Nigeria
5. Deepening research, training, and consultancy for sustainable development through Project Hub Africa.

We recognize that no single organization can deliver systemic change alone. This is why partnerships are central to our 2026 strategy. Whether through co-creation of projects, technical support, funding, research collaboration, or thought leadership, we believe meaningful partnerships multiply impact.
