Before that, he served in the Iowa legislature, where he apparently decided that making laws wasn't quite dramatic enough. He hosts the Fallon Forum, a radio show where he has strong opinions delivered at a frequency that makes oil executives uncomfortable. He has marched through unprecedented weather that climate scientists predicted and most people prefer to experience only as a headline. Ed is living proof that sometimes the most effective thing you can do for the planet is just...refuse to stop walking.
