Nature, Earth Breath
In a world that never stops moving, nature šæ became my stillness.
For years, I lived surrounded by noise ā deadlines, traffic, pressures, and expectations. The city pulsed with stress, and I often felt like I was drowning in it. My soul ached for space to breathe.
I had never thought of rest as a form of resistance until my lungs begged for fresh air, until my heart ached from carrying everyone elseās burdens. Thatās when I decided to start listeningāto myself, to the Earth š, and to the silence between the storms.
Thatās when I started walkingš¶āāļø. Just walking. Slowly first, through nearby parks, then into the hills, and eventually, into deep forests where the trees whispered stories older than worry. I began hiking, surrounded by the steady rhythm of birdsong and wind through the leaves.
In natureš³, I found something I didnāt even know Iād lost: Myself.
Every step outdoors became a step inward. I learned to listen ā not only to the sounds around me, but to the voice inside me that had long been silenced. I began to ask questions I had avoided: What do I really need? What do I believe? Who am I, beyond all the roles I play?
Nature taught me confidence. The mountain doesnāt ask for permission to stand tall. The rivers donāt apologize for changing course. Watching them, I gave myself permission too ā to be bold, to ask questions, to try something new.
I joined online meditation circles and practiced grounding exercises beneath open skies. Eventually, I gathered my courage and traveled alone to a new country ā something I never thought Iād do. The journey was not just across borders but deep into my own growthš.
The Earth became my teacher, my refuge, my friend. It reminded me that rest is resistance, that healing is possible, and that stillness can be strength.
Now, whenever life feels too heavy, I return to the path. I walk. I breathe. And I remember: I am part of something greater, something beautiful. I belong.
In every shade of greenšæš², nature heals and empowersš.
