Seeking
Encouragement

One day, I picked up my things and left that small space.
I found a bigger shop. It was beautiful — but extremely expensive. Almost twenty times what I was paying before. Fear asked me, “How will you afford this?”
But courage made me step forward to ask the price.
I told the landlady honestly, “I don’t have the full money, but I want this place.”
I begged. Some people ignored me. Some helped me. I even borrowed from people I never imagined I would borrow from. I paid the rent in installments — three to four times before completing it. The shop owner was patient with me.
I moved in with just one table and one chair.
That was how my training center began — from the books I read on that laptop.
This year makes it four years of running. And for the first time, I will pay my rent fully from my income.
Today, doors that were once closed are now open. The government school I could not access now invites me. I coordinate the vocational department through the old students’ association.
I am not yet where I am going, but I am steady. I am growing. I am grateful.
Not everyone who asks for help is a parasite. Sometimes, they are simply in transition. Do not treat people based on their current situation. Grace works differently in every life.
All I needed was an open mind. I had what it took all along. The laptop was the right request — I just needed time to understand why.
Be calm. Look inward. Do not rush to conclude that what God has given you is wrong.
When you align with your purpose, doors begin to open.
And now, I am planning to reach even more teenage girls to empower and impact their lives.
Your current situation does not define your final destination. When preparation meets courage, opportunities respond.
