RiseHer

RiseHer is a youth-led, global leadership and empowerment initiative created to support young women in building confidence, self-worth, and leadership skills through community-driven action. The initiative was founded in response to the lack of accessible, safe, and youth-centered spaces where young women can express themselves freely, lead meaningfully, and engage with issues such as mental health, feminism, and gender equity.

Currently, RiseHer operates across 10 active chapters with a growing network of 90+ members, each led by motivated students who design and lead initiatives both online and in their local communities. This chapter-based structure allows RiseHer to create localized impact while maintaining a strong, connected global network of young women.

RiseHer chapters organize leadership workshops, self-love and mental health campaigns, awareness events, discussions, and creative challenges. A unique aspect of RiseHer is its emphasis on creative expression as activism—members and supporters are encouraged to publish and showcase their feminist artwork through RiseHer’s platforms, using art as a tool for storytelling, advocacy, and social change.

In addition to participation, RiseHer actively encourages leadership and expansion. Any motivated student aligned with the mission has the opportunity to start their own RiseHer chapter, making the initiative scalable, inclusive, and youth-powered. Chapter leaders receive guidance, resources, and a structured starter kit to help them launch and sustain impact within their schools or communities.

To ensure accountability and growth, RiseHer uses organized systems such as monthly themes, collaborative social media campaigns, chapter starter kits, regular meetings, and standardized monthly report submissions. These systems help track impact, maintain chapter engagement, and support young leaders in developing professionalism, responsibility, and organizational skills.

Beyond events, RiseHer focuses on long-term empowerment. Members gain hands-on experience in leadership, project management, advocacy, digital outreach, and community building—skills that extend far beyond the organization itself.

At its core, RiseHer is more than an initiative; it is a movement that empowers young women to rise together, amplify their voices, and lead change through confidence, creativity, and community.
