Organized women based violence in Careers

The story begins when i was just a law student when one of my male colleagues, as we were arguing in general women and human rights in the Egyptian law and he said "we, men, won't allow many women to work thats what we dealt about". I thought he was just kiding or joking or just annoying me ! Or, like, a sentence from a jealous male maybe, but it was real !

I didnt think about his big family, his father who is or was a lawyer as well !

Nowadays, what i really found from working in many places, private sectors, public sectors, small business, big companies... I noticed the abuse towards women whenever its just outside her house!

Now after all these experiences, I linked all these together, and started seeing the bigger picture, then we see women in their professional lives whether angry, nervous, not as succesdful as men despite that women are more educated than men !

Then i see many egyptian males say: no women cant work !

Why its only in Egypt or 3rd world countries where women cant work normally?

Why arent there a survey or such about women in career like about women in everything else!
