From Stuck to Stronger / My 2025 Story
How I Understand Success, Work, and Life in 2025
For a long time, I believed success had only one shape.
A uniform. A title. A clear path.
I dreamed of joining the Air Force as a pilot, flying high, serving with pride, proving myself. It was a dream that lived in my heart for years.
But life doesn’t always move in straight lines.
After completing my intermediate education, everything paused. My plans didn’t move forward. My days became quiet, heavy, and uncertain. I felt stuck, watching time pass while my goals stayed out of reach. There were moments when I questioned my purpose, wondering if life had forgotten me.
And then, I started noticing my sister.
I saw her working relentlessly to change her life.
I saw her refusing to depend on anyone.
I saw her choosing effort over excuses, growth over comfort.
Without even realizing it, she became my mirror.
One day, I asked myself:
If she can fight for her future, why can’t I?
That question changed everything.
I began searching. Learning. Exploring. Asking:
What can I do from where I am?
What skill can I build?
How can I create my own way?
That’s when I found graphic designing.
It wasn’t easy.
It wasn’t quick.
But it was possible.
I started learning. Practicing. Failing. Trying again. Spending hours improving small things. Training my eyes. Training my patience. Training my confidence. Slowly, my empty days began to fill with purpose. My quiet life became busy. My uncertainty became direction.
For the first time in a long time, I wasn’t waiting for life to happen to me.
I was building it.
2025 taught me that success is not only about big titles or perfect plans.
Sometimes, success is simply not giving up on yourself.
Sometimes, it is choosing growth when life gives you pause.
Sometimes, it is creating your own path when the original one closes.
I may not be where I once imagined, but I am moving.
And now I understand:
Success is not about how high you fly.
It’s about how bravely you rise when life grounds you.
And this year… I chose to rise.
