Bodybuilding, fitness, and yoga are my ways of staying grounded. They challenge me physically, but also teach discipline and balance. I enjoy pushing myself, but I also enjoy the quiet strength that comes from yoga’s stillness. Jogging in the morning is simple, but powerful. It clears the mind, sets the tone for the day, and makes me feel free—open to the world itself. Sometimes I find the same pleasure in the gym, where effort turns into energy and energy into joy.
