Nyanzi Martin Luther (born December 5, 2009) is a Ugandan media manager and civic petitioner. He is the founder of Apex Media Services, a company involved in radio station management and digital literacy instruction. Nyanzi is noted for his formal engagements with the Parliament of Uganda regarding non-governmental organization (NGO) regulation and criminal justice legislation.


Early life and education

Nyanzi was born in Kampala, Uganda, to Ssekaayi Simon and Joan Vumilia. He attended MK International School for his primary education, completing his Primary Leaving Examinations in 2023. He subsequently enrolled at Kisozi High School in Buddo for his secondary studies.


Career

Apex Media Services

In 2022, Nyanzi established Apex Media Services. The firm provides technical management and content distribution services for radio stations, including Block FM 103.2 and NUP Radio 91.4.


Apex Digital Skills

Nyanzi operates Apex Digital Skills, a training initiative focused on vocational digital instruction. The program provides coursework in graphic design, social media management, and branding. By early 2026, the initiative reported the training of approximately 150 participants.

NGO Funding Bill, 2026
