DON'T JUDGE ME, GIVE ME A CHANCE

I got a calling in my church to be the first councilor.I was currently teaching in Sunday school and very comfortable. Now from teaching young children to women.I told my Bishop why don't you appoint sister A or Sister B.Then he told me you have the qualities of a leader I later accepted and went unopposed.

Why do you think I panicked first?? Looking at myself I wished I could stand Infront of women and lead. But what do I have a certificate?? Standing Infront of women with diploma, degrees and PHDS, what if they start correcting me? What if I don't have good communication skills? What if they start asking me questions?

They say the good and bad complete the earth. But I believe it is me and you who make up the the world. Its a pity that we are living in a world were before you raise your voice, make friends you first have to know your place. That is the truth.

Many women are suffering in silence they have dreams, ideas, vision, goals but what do they have? Who is willing to listen to them?Who is ready to lift them up?Do they fit to wear those shoes?

Were living in a world were the gap between the rich and poor is wide.A world were the educated don't mix with the uneducated. Its a pity it is happening even in our families. When we were kids we played together, now we are grown and there is a line.Know your place and find peace. This is finishing us as women.Let us stop competing against each other.

My dear women if you are in a position to lift someone up . Through education,Job openings, platform do It and together we will mke the world a better place to be
