The Sweeper
I guess I used my imagination to escape the reality of genocide as a child and it has stayed with me through these years. One of my first story ideas after I had my 4 girls, was the 3 sets of books, the author of the spy thriller needs to get away from her husband so decides to try to write a novel. She remembers her mother's bedtime stories of espionage and outsmarting your enemies so decides to turn those into books.
It becomes a best seller but then she discovers someone is trying to kill her! She then learns her mother's bedtime stories were not stories but adventures her mom lived. So this cozy mystery was the second book.
The third was me telling a story plus going over writing choices and a companion guide to how I wrote the novels. I had wanted to create a writing course but just never got around to finalizing it.

I had asked ai, back before I knew how much resources it used to create an image, to create some weapons a maid would use. I should have specified office cleaner rather then maid but it had some cute ideas!

I think it is fun to create stories. For the opening i can not decide between talking or high octane so am going to write both. One will go into the novel and the other into the companion guide with why I chose one over the other.

I think the one good thing about being indigenous is they dont even really see you, so you can hide in plain sight. That is the premise of my mom the "spy". It was going to be set in the 1970s to 1980s but decided to make it modern times since so much is going on a spy would be sent out!

I really enjoy the process of trying to tie all these stories into the same world.

But I am so curious what is your creative project that keeps you sane?
