Cinta: A Girl Who Keeps Moving

The girl named Cinta.

She is a girl with dreams.

Big dreams. Dreams that sometimes seem far away, dreams that require her to leave what is familiar, take difficult roads, start again, and keep moving even when she cannot yet see the destination.

But Cinta has learned something along the way:

A dream does not have to be visible to be worth pursuing.

She has travelled miles, not only physically, but emotionally, professionally, and personally to become the woman she envisions herself to be.

Every new place has taught her something.

Every challenge has strengthened her.

Every setback has reminded her that her story is still being written.

There have been moments when she has wondered how long it will take. Moments when the journey has felt exhausting. Moments when the distance between where she is and where she wants to be has seemed too great.

But she keeps going.

“With time, I will get there.”

And Cinta's dreams are not only about herself.

One of the things that gives her journey meaning is her love for young people.

Whenever she gets the opportunity, she sits with them. She listens. She asks questions. She talks about life, dreams, challenges, education, and possibilities.

She mentors them.

She encourages them.

She reminds them that their current circumstances do not have to determine the people they become.

Cinta believes that sometimes, young people don't need someone to give them all the answers. Sometimes they simply need someone willing to sit beside them, listen without judgment, and say:

“I see your potential. Don't give up on yourself.”

And perhaps the reason she cares so deeply is because Cinta understands what it means to be a dreamer still walking toward the dream.

She knows what it feels like to be in the middle of the journey, to have a vision of where you want to go while still figuring out how to get there.

So she chooses to grow while helping others grow.
