Be Brave

When Women Are Finally Heard

There are moments when a woman speaks, and the world does not stop.

Life continues. Noise continues. War continues.

And her words fall quietly to the ground.

I have sat with women who carry stories they have never spoken out loud.

Not because they have nothing to say —

but because no one has truly listened.

In conflict-affected communities, women are often asked to endure, to be patient, to stay strong.

Rarely are they invited to sit in a circle and simply be heard — without judgment, without interruption, without fear.

I have learned that peace does not begin with agreements or speeches.

It begins when a woman realizes her voice still belongs to her.

This year, I am opening a space on World Pulse for a collaborative initiative rooted in deep listening — a space where women come together in their own communities to speak, listen, and reflect on what dignity and peace truly mean in their lives.

I am looking for one or more sisters on World Pulse who feel called to co-create this journey.

If you are a woman who:

• Works closely with women in under-heard or conflict-affected communities

• Believes that listening is an act of peace

• Is ready to lead gentle, powerful conversations in her own context

Then I would love to walk this path with you.

This will be a shared initiative, co-created across borders, with space to document our learning, stories, and impact together here on World Pulse.

If this story speaks to you, please comment below or message me directly.

Let us listen — together.
