REPORT LAUNCH | International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women & Girl

Today, as the world marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls and begins the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (25 Nov–10 Dec), Girls Education Mission International (GEM) is proud to launch our 2025 Community Survey Report on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).

This report is a key output of our VAWG DataSprint conducted in partnership with ACESWorld and powered by the dedication of our passionate Volunteers who went door-to-door, listened, learned and gathered the voices and lived experiences that shaped this evidence.

The findings reflect urgent realities facing women and girls in our communities. As we enter these 16 days of activism, we call on all stakeholders to read, reflect and act.
